You don't have to install Nova from Market/Play, it comes with the ROM...
Just select Nova at first boot and tick "remember this choice"...

hehe, found lockscreen styles XDD! (didnt expect of them Dd) but that honeycomb one looks kinda bad fix it! to look better

Not included in the last release.

Simple way, google Nova Launcher, to find the xda thread fast. Grab the. apk, (there are some new betas also )
Copy it with root explorer to system/app, set it as default.

my way;
install latest apex from market
open my root explorer and fallow this steps
>> data/app
find come.anddoes.launcher-1.apk move to system/app
>> reboot
and finish him! improved and fast launcher :)

Yeah, the problem is when you take the lock and drag it outside the big circle, it kind off gets "cut off". It's like there is a imaginary square around the circle, and if you drag your lock out of that square it disapears/gets cutt off.

I don't know how to discribe it.. anybody that tried the Honeycomb lockscreen probably knows what I mean :P It's a shame since I love the HB lockscreen type. But I don't think Paradox can fix this, probably the AOKP dudes can.
