[Q] OTA Updated to ICS, No System Sounds..??

I recently updated to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 on my Nexus S 4G and I noticed I dont have screen lock/unlock sound, camera shutter, any keyboard or hardware button sounds.

They are in the right file locations, they just dont play. Ive checked my volume levels, sound mode, check and unchecked the option boxes...

I cant figure it out...

Is there a way to reinstall the update?

I am COMPLETELY stock and unrooted.

I fixed it!

I downloaded an app called Quick Settings, It allows you to adjust individual volumes. some how my System Volume was at 0

Just a FYI if others have this problem..
