Has anyone tried Pleomax? It's another Korean brand. I want to compare with my Mercury TPU case, which is also another Korean brand. Will this even work for our AT&T version phones?

I bought 3 of these sold by section7, but waiting on the slow boat...

Any cases that aren't front faced specific work on any current Note. Difference with the Korean sourced is that they have that corner exposed.

You sure? I thought so too, but looking at those cases, the power and volume buttons look like they're much lower down the sides of the phone

I'll know in a few weeks..

The GT-N7000 aka International Note and the SGH-I717 aka North American Note, both have the same dimensions.

The only physical difference is the home button on the GT-N7000, which is why any case made for either that also included something to do with that button area would make either incompatible with the other.

Cases that cover the back and sides/edges would be compatible with any current Note. At least that has been my experience so far. YMMV

Here is a side by side compare of each model available on pdadb.net;

EDIT: By the looks of the pictures, it looks like they of an SHV-E160, like these attached.

I hear ya, as long as they don't send you a case for a Note as pictured you should be fine
