Another speculation: It seems that the battery can go down during sleep but when it wakes and you use it, the battery percentage refreshes and it drops a whole load of numbers.

This is for the original kernel. Shall see if your modifications changed anything!

Do adb shell.

Then logcat and you can see the battery service running

Do u use any cpu script? Like lagfree maybe?

If this kernel base from zimage mod by anonymous i think have to follow zimage mod method...delete any jumbu mumbo script on init.d to make it working...and disable cm performance setting and disable setcpu app before flash it...

Tested it on miracle rom. I had 19% of batery left and after flash went to 34%. Hope this is good. :)
