Don't Loose hope. With the ICS sources out it's only a matter of time before CM9 is on the a2.
I'm sure by the time the official ICS ota update comes out we'll have cracked the bootloader.

Yes that's normal. Not all the server addresses are active.

Still nothing here but checking religiously almost every day all servers.....

Edit: If there is a slick talker you might be able to get unlocker from motorola community board..... Thinking you could request you need unlock for business reasons example security of phone is need and you need to port Se android to phone..... Looks like they have granted them to some people for other phones..... Could work?????
