My sister now wants to custom rom her gt540, but I am on linux now, so kdz updater wont work.

Is there a linux version of kdz updater? So I can flash a fastboot + recovery rom onto her phone?

Thanks, Liam!

you just need kdz for the first time flashing a ROM or reflashing the stock ROM. Once you have fastboot/recovery you can throw kdz away. So you could borrow someone's win pc for a bit, or try wine (I don't know if it's compatible with wine but give it a try). If all the above solutions doesn't work you can use a virtual machine
