I experience the same thing: Drop from 34% -> 19% on Maniac's nightly build. I think this is definately a bug. He also listed it as one in a thread.

Lol I dont even get 5-6 hours of battery life on 7.2
Using task killers and tweaking didn't help me too.
I am surprised when I see members get 2 day longitivity on a single charge

Sent from my MB525 using XDA
Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note ll N-7100
Rom: Omega v16
Kernel: N.E.A.K 1.9
Mods: Simplistic Framework, XperiaZ lockscreen, BIOS boot animation, ViPER4Android (V4A) Audio Effects - FX v2206 & XHIFI v2009

I am getting approximately 16h-24hrs (but never really more than that) on 7.2

I have done the following:
* Auto brightness (autmoatic Backlight)
* Use custom light levels
* Lowest screen dim level
* Allow light Decrease
* Window length of 10s
* Sample interval of 2sec.
---------
Governor: Smartass (use boot menu to access)
CPU:
400mhz/22 (upped from 300mhz to stop MP3 skipping)
600mhz/30 (hardly ever used with this govenor)
1000mhz/52
----------
Data Mode: EDGE
WIFI: On or off doesnt seem to make that much of a difference
---------
Usage:
* 3-4 hrs of MP3 playback per day (most with screen off)
* 30mins to 1hr of gaming (check out shogun)
* Gmail running
* Whatsapp running
* Lots of texting
~ 1hr of phone call
* Google maps from time to time
