updated op for easier instructions

hello! I'm trying to do this for the Black Infinitum ROM. I get it to boot and run just fine by doing everything separately which is AWESOME, but when I try to package the zImage from AOKP it doesn't get past the bootloader image. is this what others are experiencing? I'm trying to get it all down to one package... if not then its whatever. my phone is pretty... ha

aosp roms have bootimg try using cyanogens boot.img in cm9 then everything should work... use aokp boot img if they have that:P
