have u made any changes to the in-call volume , or it's only for speaker loudness ?
In-call volume still does not reflect when you try to change it during the call, but afaik this is most probably CM9's bug, not the driver's one, since it is CM9 what does not pass the new volume levels to the driver/hardware?
As for the overall loudness/quality of the built in speaker and mic (sound heard by your caller) - hard to test by caling yourself from second phone lmao.. but it sounds good imho..
Wow this combined with the ics music.apk rocks my ears with monster beats sport ....
Anyone experience low reaction on light senzor ( auto brightness ).
Also, is there is a way to update the video drivers?
Thx Arco
@arco68: Regarding the very weak vibration, do you have any idea where to look and what the appropriate driver is?
The GT-I9001 uses the vibetonz driver. Regarding no vibration when receiving SMS, it doesn't vibrate unless sound mode is set to vibrate. Whens sound mode is normal, it doesn't vibrate. It behaves like this on all my other phones running ICS. Not sure if it's a bug or not, but there certainly is an option in the messaging app for always vibrate, but there could be something elsewhere that overrides this.

tested the incall sound and still doesn`t work (volume up/down) and about vibration, it still doesn`t work even if I set it on vibrate only...The vibration is very weak barely perceptible and i set the msg on long vibrate too when receving sms but it vibrates only short and weak.
