I have been fix transparent status bar n volume bar
Based from UOT kitchen,I also use ICS window animation,but I think there is no change anything of window animation

Just like what you did to deodex 2.3.5 rom. Change the volume & download bar colour to blue. Transparent notification bar would be nice
