Best kernel is look at all the kernels and decide for yourself. Some suggestions on where to start are the latest franco kernels

Only on your own experience. I'm using franco.kernel nightly build r135 with 512 GPU OC now - http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...ostcount=12592

That is all subjective my friend as i use glados kernel with great results so as you can probably see everyone has their own preferences

Try to flash another kernel to localize an issue.
