There's been an update at work here saying that all o2 UK handsets should now be able to update. I can't try this myself yet because I need to relock my bootloader when I finish work

I think you dont have to relock bootloader to know if there is an update or not. because i had sensation xe and it was S-off and it notified me that there is an update available but when I started the update it hanged at boot.

It will only work with a stock Rom and locked bootloader.

The info I have is only for the o2 UK network. I'm not sure about other networks or countries.
