Flash the full ics ftf, see if that boots, if it does, flash nightelf ics kernel, boot, then if that boots ok, then flash the Rom, check if boots, then fixes, only by going through this can we work out at what point it's failing,

Use the baseband 70 with MT11i (the latest one that i uploaded).

Official ICS released is for Neo V, i just renamed it to MT11i_MT15i. The ftf contains files for haida(MT11i), and it will also works on neo too.

Use instruction as mention by mpiekp, so we can point which part is causing the bootloop.

As for wifi, try to delete file named "95net" in /system/etc/init.d folder then reboot your phone.

Google Play Store issue, i really don't know what is causing it. It seems to appear everywhere from time to time. And i think it is an issue with Google Play Store & regional. Please correct me about this if i'm wrong.

Will update the first post with proper instructions.

Use winzip to extract it.

There is an option for on screen button, it don't have those AOSP lockscreen, reboot power option & nice transition animation.

7OH is still working on that one. Go to his thread & hit the thanks button. It will be a good motivation for him.
