Default Unlocking issue in HTC 7 Mozart

My HTC 7 MOZART phone has a problem, when to unlock the phone I Swipe my finger up to unlock the screen or answer an incoming call... the screen doesnot go away easily...even I press on the botton and swipe up.

DONATE TO ME
There are several threads on this topic already:

Some people believe it's a hardware problem and other suggested software workarounds. I have replaced digitizer on my phone and it started happening. Then I realized the digitizer cable has an area that is supposed to touch the LCD screen (grounding probably?). I fixed the connection and never witnessed the problem again.

Update: It started happening again, albeit much less than before. I tried the "mwang's fix" referenced in http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...2#post20105772 and now the lock screen feels even more responsive than with the original HTC digitizer.
