It works on international. Just flash rj's kernel in cwm after flashing the rom

i tried just right now and yes it works on INTL version just flash the rj's kernel

Did you tried to:

Wipe Data
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik Cache

aftter flash the rom, and then install the rjs kernell?

I do. This is the one I'm using permanently until the ICS ROM's bugs are ironed out.

I would like to see updates for this ROM if you still care about maintaining it.
