The accounts list is grayed out, because HTC Tasks sync works with Exchange ActiveSync. Add an Exchange account under Settings/Accounts and Sync, and you will be able to sync your tasks.

I added my google account as an exchange account and selected only tasks to sync but it never syncs any tasks?

I have used HTC tasks widget with google task sync in sense 4 roms....however for all sense 3 and 3.5. Roms it has never worked for google task.

New to Android. I have my Exchange tasks working fine but how do i add Google Tasks. I am amazed it just isnt synching with my google acount. everything else is.

Any help would be appreciated.

HTC added tasks google sync to HTC Sense 4. I was never able to get it to sync on previous versions
