Do some research ,# of cores doesnt matter in performance........ Google "tegra3 vs s4/krait"
Same goes with mega pixels
No, but pixels tied to pixel density and sensor quality does, just as number of cores tied to core speed and software written for it/os integration does. So yes there is a possible downside. Now I'm not familiar with that particular core, so I could be wrong, but I could be right.

yes, this is cortex a9 quad vs a15 dual......if you compare Same type of processor with different number of cores then processor with more cores will win obviously......

Sprint just took out the Wimax tower by my girlfriends house last month, it was live for maybe 6 months and now I don't even get a bad signal, just none.

The area I live shows outdoor coverage of Wimax and I get nothing at all...

Andy K: Sprint is going to upgrade the machines for best 3G/4G coverage. This program called LTE.
Customer: yep, does nothing for my phone
Andy K: Your phone is fine. If data gets slow due to data services network. However, LTE will boost the signals and services so that you will be able to use best speed with your device for data services.
Customer: so you are telling me that the LTE tower push will give me 4G in an area that shows as covered yet I have never gotten a signal?
Andy K: Yes, Sprint is upgrading all the machines associated with all the wireless services in order to provide you best and fast services.
Andy K: Network Vision, originally announced in December 2010, is Sprint?s plan to consolidate multiple network technologies into one seamless network with the goal of increasing efficiency and enhancing network coverage, call quality and data speeds for customers across the United States.

Well going by the Ti browser test, it looks impressive. If this holds up in real world tests also taking the gpu into consideration, I hereby bow to you....

I'm running an older version of virus rom (latest batch is unstable) and it flies on stock kernel. My battery alone can last two days.

So yes, I think this phone can be much more than it is.

Making the switch from stock rom to virus eternity has improved the voice quality a bit.

Not to mention I'm using the amaze camera and it's much better than stock camera.

I really hope ice cream saves this phone.

It could also have dust in it or pocket lint.. Could take a tooth pick to make sure nothing is stuck in it. I always thought that mic spot was tiny if dirt got in it would mess it up pretty bad.
