If it makes you feel an better, I'm usually one of those dummys that goes out and buys the latest phone.I don't at all feel the need to with this phone so far. That is until the next nexus comes out

Thanks guys, from all the positive comments I can't wait, the phones should arrive in the next couple days so the fun can truly begin.

I'm just planning on flashing cm9 + Franco's kernel, after some research it seems the best way to go unless anyone can offer better advice.

Once you root, flash a rom, kernel & theme out everything to your liking. You will behold the best smartphone on the market. Don't feel remorseful, you made a great decision :thumbup:
