That has been alpha build for a while now and there are sever other builds here. I haven't had much success with any of the ICS / Sense builds with H/W keyboard issues being the main failing. Can you recommend any ICS / Sense roms that don't have that issue?

It's been barely two weeks ever since the devs started working on those. Currently there's no rom that has this fixed, but it will be adressed soon.

There is no "Sense 4.0" -.- ... 4.0 is the Android version, while 3.6 is the HTC version

there is a sense 4.0 that's the one that comes with the ICS version which is supposedly found in the HTC One series.

That is not the case. Sense 4.0 debuts in the One series, and will appear as well in the upcoming Golf.

And then there's sense 4.0 (full) and sense 4.0A (light), the last one being developed for less capable phones and thus lacking some eyecandy and stuff.
