[Q] sorted apps goes messy again when recharging tab from 0%

Hi! all. i have re-arranged my apps icons in alphabetical order. When the tab runs out of juice. I shut it down to charge, after charging is complete & i power on the tab again, the apps icons goes messy again. is this a bug or is there a way to solve it?

I noticed the icons being rearranged but attributed it to use of the "most used" tab. Didn't think of power.
