when i boot the phone , it reboot everytime when appear the sony ericcson logo

Seems that the baseband is causing the bootloop.. But it works for me..

Flash full ICS Nordic firmware > Kernel > rom

I will remove the baseband from the first post & change the requirement for this rom.

To be added: User need to be on official ICS Nordic with baseband 70 to flash this rom..

Fortunately it works for me, thanx everyone for the help... i've solved flashing the lite nightelf kernel, i don't know why but it works

I had the same kind of problem like maicolboss.
Here are my steps to a successful installation:
Flash baseband 70.
Flash kernel.
Wipe cache
Wipe data
Wipe dalvik
Fix permissions
Reboot
And then flash update if rom boots successfully.

Same thing here earlier too, you guys are remembering to wipe dalvik too right, as factory reset doesn't.

ok... First: i've a neo, not a neoV, but the method is the same
- I start with baseband .62 , (i don't think is important)
- flash baseband .70
- flash the Nightelf kernel without zram
- wipe everything and flash the rom
- reflash the Nightelf kernel LITE VERSION
- wipe everything and reflash the rom
- reboot in phone, than flash neopatch - deodex - update, rebooting into phone between any flash..

ps... the rom works great!!

report:i did not have battery drain problems with wi fi on - off,rom was awesome in battery usage anyway...
opposites to emannxperia instructions i flashed the wi-fi fix zip to see if it works or causes problems..
well even better after flashing wi-fi fix!4% battery use,5 hours,wi-fi on,little use of phone...wow never better!
gonna try with wi-fi disabled and come back edit my post..thanx for your work emann!
