OK sorry for the noob question here. I'm currently on the 0.97 radio, and what to update to the latest radio. I'm a little confused about the ramdisk thing. I am currently on InfectedROM Eternity 3.0 rls 1.5, software 2.08.651.3. Do I have to flash a rooted version of the latest rom first, and then update the radio? Or can I just flash the radio update now?

I've already applied it and it does not effect root or s-off. PRI gets a nice boost to 1.42_003 (by now, you guys already know this) as well
Can this be done through the bootloader or recovery, or do I need to use abd to flash this?

Thanks

Flash the Freeza all in one referenced above in bootloader. You do not need to update your ROM.
Place in the root of you're sd card as is and boot into bootloader. Follow the onscreen instructions

Been reading through this thread and correct me if I'm wrong. I hboot downgraded, and flashed Freeza's All-In-One. I figured the newer radio would be as good if not better. But it is much worse at my home. It can't seem to figure out it's "happy spot" and the last radio was much more stable. From what I gather since I'm already on a 2.08 rom, all I need to do is flash the previous radio and all should be well. I'm just not 100% positive the other firmware junk is compatable with the last radio. Thanks.

Not sure if this will help you, but if you're looking for the previous radios they can be found at: [RADIO] HTC Evo 3D (CDMA) Radios [PG86IMG.zip]
