It includes WIFI tether in apps and that does work but I don't think built in ICS one does.

Not happening for me did you do a wipe before you installed if not I would try that.

force of habbit. yes. Every new rom, everytime, unless its a update, and im instructed to just wipe cache (eclipse)

i just went back to AOKP ICS
