Hi all! I don't own an ARC/ARC S but I tried to make an AOKP ROM for you.
I have compiled AOKP from source with CM9 Device and Vendor trees.

- Flash Kernel "fastboot flash boot boot.img".
- In recovery wipe data and cache.
- In recovery flash the ROM.

- It take forever to turn on wifi/bluetooth ---> i think kernel got problem.
