Sorry if this whas already posted but why don't you just replace the jar file with the original?.

Steps: ( Need root )

1. Make a copy from your Android.Policy.JAR file.
2. Download attached file ( The one which is changed )
3. Paste the changed file in System/framework

The phone will automatic replace and reboot the phone and voila text is gone

Is this for DEODEX version? I'm using stock odex XWLP7 and it's not working.

Can any one pls make a version for stock odex XWLP7?
