Actually a1 and a2 is the same when it comes to softkey light issue.

I am monitoring this issue for a week now, i think i found one app that causes the softkey to light even the screen is off after flashing a2 from full wipe. Just taking a little more time confirm.

Thanks e.coli. This last version of chrome is faster than the previous and without the red frame!

Thanks for the update. Makes the phone more smoother (prolly because of new kernal).

Keep up the good work.

I haven't noticed a problem on auto-backlight but when it's set manually (which it reverts to on boot) that's when it lights up on it's own. Both on and off charge, it seems to wake just the soft keys. The screen stays off. It doesn't happen every time but often enough.

Anyway, I used to have around 3 SoD per day but after changing minimum to 384 like you did, not a single SoD for almost 3 days.

I have a problem when I reboot the phone. When he start up again the phone recognize no installed apps. Also no lockscreen or gapps. Then I reboot the phone again ( sometimes 5 reboots) and then the phone recognize all the apps again.

This is very annoying and I hope so that anybody have a solution for this bug

(I'm using a2sd)

Was there ever a solution to the problem of handing off Wi-Fi to 3G/H? I can't switch to 3G after being on Wi-Fi unless I reboot. I have tried messing with airplane mode, but it didn't work.

Otherwise, I love your work TexasIce!

That was one thing I suffered from when I tried this ROM a few weeks back. My phone never got sleep of death or similar, but touch button lights when screen off drove me insane. Luckily for be it wasn't permanent - neither the backlight nor the insanity

Using my daily driver now - MIUI GB with ics style theme. Hope to post about that soon. Loving the superior options like camera and music player.
