Dont stress mate, its not a problem.
When all else fails you can always go back to the stock rom and start flashing again from there. There are a couple of ways to do this...

SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) find it here...
http://sony-ericsson-update-service.en.uptodown.com/

Or PC Companion, here...
http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

Hope this helps,
Have fun

Damn guys, why don'y you use the SEARCH BUTTON before posting...

Try to flash it with PC Companion to repair to stock rom then you'll be able to flash again another rom...

You can also use Flashtool to make a lot of thing (Unlock, flash, root... etc..)

Hope it helps

I am having a similar problem. Using this guide to unlock my bootloader, my X10 stucks at the "Sony Ericsson" logo. I managed to do the kernel downgrade and the actual unlocking (using the setools2 batch file). After this I can't shut down my phone, which means I can't get into flash mode.
Any help?

I finally made it into flash mode like this:
  1. remove battery
  2. connect X10 to PC
  3. hold the back button and insert battery

After I reinstalled stock rom with SEUS my SIM is not recognised. I tried lots of related topics but nothing worked.

UPDATE:
SEUS does not seems to reset the bootloader or kernel. Use PC Companion like suggested here.
