I think it's a problem with Google Store,not the phone or Rom.
You can try to buy stuffs from your computer or phone browser,just go to store and login with your account and buy,then it will automatically download to your phone.

im using Titanium Backup v4.9.1 its work.. no problem move apps from internal phone memory to sd card..

Getting free apps through market apps works fine, and so does buying apps via browser. But I still can't buy app from market :(

Replace existing vending.apk by 3.5
.16 vending.apk should solve your problem.

Where do you get that apk? Goomanager?

If you can. I had serious issues trying to replace or install that particular app. Hopefully things go better for you. Just sayin'.
