Possibly, or it could just need some tweaking to get everything working at 100%. I'm sure that after everything hardware-wise is functioning, this is the exact kind of stuff that will be looked into.

You are awesome. Don't know if it's related, but my fire's panel seems to have very horrible input lag. In portrait mode, scrolling up and down will cause the picture on one side to warp.
Btw, now that the kernel and ROM are separate, you might want to clearly label which link is the kernel on the first post, just to avoid confusion. Something to keep in mind when you update your OP.

Now that ROMbot is back up, I plan on releasing a fully updated ROM along side a kernel flash file. So that users will have choices.
