if you want data toggle:

go find a aokp b32 theme you like in a galaxy nexus forum, remove everything from the theme except i guess systemui.apk and romcontrol.apk, and flash. you should be set.

if you want a red theme, i put one in the themes section that enables data toggle.

And even after you flash b32 back over top to get rid of the theme, the data toggle stays :)

thats so weird....i don't get why we don't have it automatically. also wish we could port in a wimax toggle from cm or something.

I had issues when I first flashed the night build 32 came out, then when I read a little bit on the AOKP site I saw it said it was suggested to wipe before build 32 because of some of the changes. I did that and have had no issues since.

Yes, I always do. The strange part was I had been running it problem free all week and then **** went haywire. Like now, I have noticed that every time I take it off the charger it won't sleep until a reboot. So. Yeah, not really sure why it is deteriorating over time.

Just like CM's, this is the "live change log" so to speak. And remember to read if the patch is for aokp in general, or specific devices.
