It's easy. You have step by step instruction too install it. Perhaps the most difficult part is to pull the services.jar and flash it trough recovery.

I would recommend using advanced task killer 2.0
This has helped me heaps free up ram. Now getting around 180mb free ram. Was using that other standard task killer and it was crap. Highly recommend the one in first sentence.

Love kanga rom. Has the screen calibration tool and I adjusted mine to green 0.837 and screen is do beautiful. Love my galaxy s.
