Default Problem. Phone won't flash back. Stuck on load

CDMA Verizon razr maxx

I had it on .173 with root. Then did the update to .181 on soak.
I then used the ICS installer to go back to .173 and then install ics
Everything was fine even root stayed. I didn't like the whole battery issue so i tried going back to .173 with the ics installer.

Somewhere along the line it messed up I suppose. At the beginning it says

mbmloader. Failed
Cache fails
And one other thing.

Now the phone is stuck on Motorola sign on load.
I was able to get to fastboot once.
