• Backup and restore your Phone contacts, SMS and applications in PC.
• Move all your media to and from Android-optimized formats.
• Import your contacts from vCard, Symbian phones and Outlook Express.
• Organize your apps with quick install or uninstall
  

USB Debugging should be on and phone client must be installed for all its functions. It also supports screen shots through pc and wi-fi connection.

REALLY good app. I love all of the features that are in it when you have to pay for them in other software. Almost like iTunes for Android (but better).
