Hi Kyrillos. So I flashed 8.1a, and now I have my next noob question. How do I confirm I'm on 8.1a? If I go to Device Settings -> About ROM, it says its A8.

Nevermind, if you flashed 8.1a then you are fine.

Ok. So on 8.1a camera preview is all messed up. Red, blue, green etc. Also, games like Ninjump don't work. Any solutions?

My whining aside, want to thank Marcell, Kyrillos and all the guys for the awesome work. Started with Kyrillos 9.5 and kyora 1.5.2 on multiboot and am now on A8.1a. Every one of them rock!

if u habe card reader.on your pc...download minitool partition wizard it's free...then backup ur sdcard...format it with minitool to one big fat32 partition(must be primary)
then create another partition as ext4 (prinary)...that's it
if u don't have cardreader u can connect phone via mass storage and do the same as above...or....
Boot in cwm...under miscelanious select partition sdcard...then you'll be able to select partition size..create it.....NOTE: in all cases mentioned above...BACKUP DATA!
your sdcard will be fully formated in all cases!

don't know if it is there, but

if you have noticed lag (a lot) when you pull down or up notification bar, try turning off JIT.
Menu => Settings => CyanogenMod Settings => Performance => UNtick Use JIT.
That heleped me and i dont have this lag anymore.


just a quick tip

i also want to ask if there's any non-oc kernel for CM7 A8.1a ?
I mean 83 (or whatever is stock non-oc frequency) - 667MHz

Guys, on CM7 A8.1a, my camera preview is messed up. Also, the screen on animations don't work and certain games don't work. Is anybody else facing the same issues?
