Anyone else having an issue with very low incall volume? Earpiece and speaker phone? Also backlights come and go.

Where do I swipe for brightness? Tried status bar but it doesn't work unless I'm doing something wrong.

Go to settings/display and turn autobrightness off. Then swipe on the status bar

you have to disbale automatic brightness... as for call volume thats the case for all 4.0 roms right now

Yeah did that but still won't work. Maybe my fingers are too fat! Minor issues, great ROM!

So after going from 3.3 to 3.4 I used my nandroid backup of 3.3 and just reloaded the data no boot or cache or system just data and it all is working just perfect. And I dont have the heat issue so far still nice and cool.
