Hayabusa is confirmed to have 8960 chipset with Mint despite all the rumors. So that's confirmed. I know people will ask why not Pro version and such. I don't know. It will have microSD card slot now. IMO, I'm starting to feel like they will now use the "arc HD" for this device Though I could be wrong, just IMO.

Maybe. It won't be obsolete. The three dots won't appear, as device have the menu button. But, as you said, there must be a mod to make menu button a search one and make the three dots appear.
This has to be a good thing. The One X shows just how many apps (including Tegra3 optimised stuff) that hasn't been updated to position the three dots properly. With hundreds of thousands of apps, the One X set up is quite annoying because some developers may take ages (if ever) to update.
