DONATE TO ME
I did say not to expect anything quickly. If you *really* have to watch something updating, you can watch my commits here:
https://github.com/nexx/htc-kernel-m...oid-htc-3.0.16

Still working on board-saga.c. Unsurprisingly it takes a while to analyse, understand, and recode over 6,000 lines of device configuration

Please don't ask for ETAs, I'm working as quickly as I can but I'm having to learn a *lot* of this from scratch as I've never done this kind of in-depth work on the kernel before.

Even once the configuration is ported in, I've no idea if it'll boot, or what will be broken. There's a lot of work ahead.

Excellent Nexx, I really appreciate the hardwork.

I have to admit, when I first heard the source code was released, I had no idea his long the job would take. I thought it was as simple as a 1-2 hour job. I admit I was checking the thread the whole day, but I never asked for an ETA, as I knew it is very annoying for the dev.

I just waited, and Nexx is making sound progress. Lets all just sit tight and support him by even donating to him

Bookmarked that URL. Take as long as you need. I'm just curious how porting is done :)

always looking in 2.6.xx.x moded kernels to work in ICS can help in new kernels like the msm7x30 3.0 one, just as reference

keep up the good work

Google Maps opening by itself? There's probably an app on your phone causing that behavior.
