You can remove it. Delete Datamanager app.

Done but unfortunately it make unable to acces battery use or data saver. Thanks anyway.

use nobloat.apk it does delate the system apps without permanent forcecloses. Dont try it with titanium backup. The are much more system apps you dont need but dont delete yahoo authentifi.apk other way your sms will forceclose...
i did also delete datamanager...

Check my blurapps.zip. All this apps can removed but copy mms.apk and email.apk from cm7.2

No need to flash fixd sbf only greenbread.
