as yo uare rooted already, you can install TOOL BOX and change LCD DENSITY
that soft gives you loads of controls over your display.

mind, that changing lcd density will result in phone not recognised as compatible with other apps you are trying to find and install, so to by pass this side effect, you can change density to default, find and download soft you desire and then change density again to resize everything on your screen to desire effect.

I used JRummy's font installed app and had no issues whatsoever (DROID 2, DROID 3, DROID Pro, HTC Incredible)

Download and install Rom Toolbox. It has a font installer. It also comes with allot of fonts to choose from. And you can do allot more stuff with Rom Toolbox. I use it all the time.

XDA is about developing and is for developers. Any user that recognises that will gain the most benefit from this site

This is and always will be a site for developers, pure and simple. Without them we are nothing, without them there would be no reason for XDA Developers to exist; we should never ever forget that. Without them this place would not be called XDA-Developers but something else, e.g Mobile Phone User Support Services For Ungrateful Nerds.
