You Have To Include...
In my experience, the BEST Gingerbread ROM (with Sense 3.0 or 3.5) has got to be this one from Wild Child:

It's specifically for the AT&T Inspire and is rock solid! I know development has stopped, but honestly, there's nothing left to fix.

It really needs to be mentioned in this thread.
