Go launcher is the best free launcher. I love all of the theme options also. Lately, I've been using launcher EX & it is pretty fast, but doesn't have near the customization options that Go Launcher does.

I don't use go launcher or adw any more since ics rolled out. They just don't look like ics. I use apex launcher.

I love zeam. Not as much customization but unbelievably light (lighter than launcher pro in my tests)
