Bind /emmc to /sdcard/external_sd (should be an empty directory, if there is data the bind won't work).

If there is data it won't work. The bind can't be made if the destination directory to bind to has data. For this app and if you do the bind from command line as well.

Default Why is it empty when i open it?

When i open directory bind the blue background is there and the notification at the bottom "Root Access OK" with the button for off/on is there but in the middle of the blue screen i dont get any options because its totally empty.
Im using android ics 4.03 on a mid, brand is Onda, Model vi10 with an allwinner
A10 (cortex a8 1ghz with mali 400, 1gb ddr3, 8gb storage , sd slot etc)

BTW the external sd card is in /mnt/extsd with the extsd standing in for the external sdcard.

It's MUCH easier to edit one word in an XML file in /data/data shared resources folder for the app. Simply point to your external sdcard mount instead of internal.

Default /Data is empty

Hi I tried to find the xml file but /data is empty there is no folder under it and the/data directory is empty even when I have used the show hidden files option.
I also tried the /sdcard/Android/data/ and looked for the apps xml file but there is none and there is no shared resources folder but there is no xml file to edit after looking up every folder and file in the /android/data/ directory.
is this normal?
anymore ideas?

Its on /Data/Data/<game folder>. But if you try to launch the app it will change the data setup. You must restore the data from a a titanium backup and not launch the app.

/Data is empty. there is no /data/data/<name of app I'm trying to edit>
There is nothing in /data directory.
