If I'm not wrong the car charger doesn't work in any custom kernel. So if you want to use a car charger then you need to stick to the stock kernel.

I have sent Skywalker different logs to analyse this problem. As soon as he finds the time he will work further on this issue. He has detected the causing factor, but at the moment there is no solution. The problem is well known and occurs with all! Non-Stock-kernels. So if you really need the charging cradle you should use a stock-kernel for this time.

BTW: I'm also using sat nav but with an usual suction holder and a separate generic micro USB car charger like this one for example:

This works perfectly for me (with all kernels)

Only the original cradle is affected

This works perfect for me (with all kernels)

The problem occurs only with the "original" samsung charging cradle no matter if it is designed for car or for home use. The phone recognizes the original car dock and chooses the car-modus which means that the display never switches off during the connection and it charges too . (and some more points) If you just want to charge unplug the charging cable from the cradle and put it directly on the phone But you can't use the cradle with this work around

I read in the changelog that this script are supported but not implemented so i think to insert in init.d folder but seen dint have effect...

Just curious. are you gonna update the kernel to match the latest thunderbolt? or is it unnecesary?

@skywalker01 i know this kernele is UV, i want to know what are the default values of the voltage for the cpu freq.
