external memory - 26 gb, free - 12.62
ext3 part of external card - 4gb

I put 200 also keep reboot... 220mb is ok

if you are low on space delete unwanted ringtones ans wallpaper should save about 29MB of space

The first thing that jumps out at me is the size of your ext3 partition... 4gb is extremely large. I remember reading a while back that 2gb was the maximum ext partition size allowed for a2sd, and 1gb was recommended for most people.

That would be my first troubleshooting recommendation - try a smaller ext partition!
