I think most ppl here use either droidzone #4 or #18 but its all down to personal preference.

Just to add to this Q which downloads are droidzones #4,13,22 and 14?
I know droidzone doesnt make the kernels with numbers but with a date and timestamp code on them. I know the snq kernel and droidzone #18

#4 (power save kernel) - ????????
#13(super oc kernel) - ??????
#22(full battery calib) - ??????
#14(full wifi exp) - ??????

Reason i ask is so i can manually try these kernels without going thru installer every time and once I have the original droidzone kernels date and timestamp there easier to find

Turn off "enable always on mobile data" in Wireless connections settings. Turn off auto sync in Accounts settings. Keep the screen brightness suitable rather keeping it to max.
All this gives me 18-20 hour battery and FYI my phone turns off at 20%

Yeah. But that's a long process and the worst thing is everthing is lost when you charge your phone while it's off. I really don't need to take any stress as this awesome ROM gives me 18-20 hour a day.
And also I don't understand those terms (I'm a bit noob). That takes some reading and don't need to do it if I go through the most part of the day with a single charge

Ok, but its really not difficult and its possible you already have a kernel that supports it. Download the app from the thread and check. If you see data in it then the kernel is good to go.

Just tried it. And I don't see any data means my current kernel isn't supported. This kernel gives the best experience with this ROM so I'm not gonna change it.
