i got it too. just plugged into computer, pulled battery and then sd card (because there was a ph98img on it), went into fastboot, flashed recovery, and then flashed a rom. worked like a charm.

When I was on recovery I just pulled the battery and booted into my Rom and then rebooted in bootloader and had s-off
