Only thing stopping me from making the switch is no unread/misscall count for dock icons

Default Wallpaper at Home Bugness - ss gs2sr

Hi,

2nd day trying out Zeam. Out of the gate it's pretty simple and just about perfect. Many thanks to the developer(s) for providing this short-n-sweet launcher option.

Wallpaper Bug:
Setting a wallpaper (in portrait mode) ends up zooming in on the image that I've set. I've tried all combos of the available wallpaper options within Zeam with no differences to the outcome - a zoomed in on wallpaper image.

What I've found is that with my default launcher, touchwiz, if my wallpaper is set to the same as Zeam and I switch to the tw launcher, where the same image is displayed "normally", and then I switch back to Zeam then the wallpaper image is displayed proper in Zeam and stays that way until Zeam is restarted.

So, in short, a Zeam wallpaper zoom "bug" workaround is
1) set image wallpaper in original launcher
2) set same wallpaper in Zeam
3) briefly switch to original launcher
4) switch back to Zeam
- this effectively "unzooms" the wallpaper within Zeam until a restart occurs.

If there is a real fix that I'm not yet aware of I'm all ears otherwise I hope this makes somebody slightly less annoyed sometime, somewhere along the way.

For reference this is on a samsung gs2 skyrocket @ 2.3.6

Cool Kudos and development

So before I say anything, all Kudos to the Dev cloakt I really have achieved a great fast minimalistic launcher.

I am sure you have achieved your goal, but with 330 pages of comments/requests, you must wonder what features to add for your users next. So I thought I would highlight this:

<<<APP DRAWER FOLDERS>>> 34 mentions on this thread
Due to hundreds of drawer shortcuts one does not want or frequently use. This will help clean up the app menu so you can actually find the 20 apps that you need but dont want on your home screen.
I love this feature in Go launcher, but Go launcher is slowing my phone down.

<<<BACKUP AND RESTORE>>> 49 mentions on this thread
This will enable the launcher to restore to its previous configuration after a system reload. This is another great feature many apps are getting lately. Its very useful for the typical XDA user who flashes different roms or reflashes/test different version/beta testers.

Hope that helps. Again thanks hugely!
Everyday device:
Galaxy SIII, i9300 - Liquid blue with pimped black leather Lambo cover (insured this time)
----
Galaxy Tab P1000N resurected from bricked - stock GB
Desire HD - running MokeeOS
HD2 - running on Typhoon CM7 (stolen)
and a backup, rebranded phone that cost $8 >)

You missed the 188 mentions in the thread that this is a minimalist, fast performing launcher. And I bet his goal was a launcher for personal use that he was kind enough to share with the rest of us.

That about covers it.
