Default Settings.db error: Record Creation Error. -error 5: Database is Locked
I'm trying to modify my settings.db file on Slim ICS 3.4. It keeps returning the error that's in the title of the thread. Does anyone know how to unlock the file?

What in the settings.db are you trying to edit and why?

I'm trying to add the wifi_idle_ms value to the secure table in order to decrease the interval between my screen shutting off and WiFi sleeping on order to save battery. It's worked without issue on GB and Froyo ROMs
