AFAIK, Skype is as close as you get (so far) but I don't know how well that works personally.

Isn't there native Google talk intergration to webOS ? or is only for pre3? or there isn't any for pre 3 as well?

Skype is included in the 2.1.0 Update (for the Pre Plus).
On my Pre3 Google Talk is included, but as far as I can see only for simple text messaging. I'm able to add a Skype account in the phone settings, but I can't add a Google Talk account.

Linphone is under dev still alpha version , wiki and download are on webosnation.
