I'll give it a shot. Unfortunately, it wouldn't boot for me, so I had to grab one of chad's older ICS kernels and I just flashed that. Waiting to see what happens, still stuck at splash.

Ah well. It wouldn't boot for me until I used one of Chad's older kernels, and that broke wifi and some other things, and also made the ROM really laggy. So unfortunately, I guess I can't give proper feedback on this ROM because I wasn't using the included kernel.

Dude it's so odd that you can't boot with tiamat kernels. That hinders your ICS play time. I had an issue like that on my Evo 4G. I was unable to boot any cm7 or decks roms. What I ended up having to do was unroot and run an ruu to get back to stock. Then I re rooted from scratch, and all was well after that. It's a bit of a pain, but probably worth a shot. If I were you, that is what I'd try to fix the no boot issues. Good luck.

Anyone else having issues with the site hosting this ROM? I try to download it but it keeps immediately failing.
